It's the challenge mode set with the shado-pan head replica obtained from getting exalted with shado pan
The staff is the monk specific quests staff that you get for the XP bonus Qs while leveling and the tabard is also from shado pan

I have many xmogs sets but recently I have wanted to wear a tabard and this ICC H Rogue lookalike fit decently well with one of the tabards I had.

I just hit 90 a couple weeks ago so I'm keeping my Transmog simple so far while I farm for T8 and T14 Rogue lookalikes:



This is my dream transmog, but I can't use it as horde due to the items looking different depending on faction:



But who knows, since I do basically have almost all the pieces (the horde equivalent that change when you faction change) besides hands, weapons and boots. Once I get those I might just faction change, it does looking rather dashing on a femnelf after all:
