So your system has what looks like a 92mm exhaust, a 120mm exhaust with restricted airflow from the radiator and a front mounted fan of unknown diameter? Dell needs to realize how barely inadequate that is, especially if the front fan is mostly cooling the bottom compartment...

yeah the front fan is cooling the card sorta, and it flows over it to the radiator, its cool inside my case but its still it seems restricted.

so i reset my bios and now my card is magically running at about 35-39c idle
