A new higher spec PC? Any help?

Hello. I am considering purchasing a new desktop for gaming. Im looking for something that can handle the following on high settings or more:
D3,WoW Mists of Pandaria, and Guild Wars 2. As well as steam games like TF2 and skyrim.

My current budget for the PC is $1,000-$1250. Can I get a higher spec PC for this price? Any suggestion as to what I should be looking for? Where I could find it?

Before we start

Preference wise.
A. Prebuilt
B. Do it yourself/Build it yourself

Do you own the following...
A copy of windows 7 and/or a monitor

If you choose option A there are a lot of websites you can choose from.
Ibuypower / Cyberpowerpc / etc
You will hear positive and negative feed backs from those sites, but spend sometime doing research on custom build sites and choose your preference.
Once you are done with that much we can start on the good part :3

Cyberpower, has some ok deals right now. I just did a quick build $900 that will be able to play all those games and more at ultra settings.

*edit: No monitor/printer included.
