Looking for a damagecrunch addon

I was sad to here Blizzard changed there mind about shrinking down health and damage themselves. Is there anything to stop an addon doing this though? Just chop the last digit off everything, health bars, floating text, tooltips. Turn 130k health into 13k and 56k crits into 5.6k ect. It would play hob with the lower levels granted, but I can think of worse things (like players breaking 100k >.> ). So does anyone know if this would be possible, or better yet if it already exists?
