Changing Shadow Opener

Right now to open I'm using VP -> SW:P -> Mind Flay 5 Evan -> SF -> AA -> MB -> DP

I was considering reforging to full mastery for MS/MB spam opener but I'm unsure since I can reach the extra VT tick staying full haste.

Also I don't get DI or have a legendary (i will soon though). Does it make more sense to reforge full mastery since I don't get DI?

I can't post links so if someone could help me out with armory/logs I'd appreciate it. Thanks

Forgot to mention, I also have Heroic Rathrak and Heroic Vagaries. Still unsure if Rath is worth the loss of other stats for a few more intell while going full mastery. Wanted to get a second opinion on that too.
