<Journey> is a semi-hardcore, alliance raiding guild located on the US-Gilneas server. Coming from multiple backgrounds, servers, and raiding preferences,< Journey> members share a mentality to progress through heroic content without the drama and 30+ hour-a-week schedules. Raiding at only 3 1/2 hours a day(subject to change) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, from 8pm to 11:30pm EST,< Journey> looks to push for server firsts while sticking to a light schedule.
The guild has a long-standing relationship on the Gilneas server, including a good repuation amongst the players.

The guild aims to have a core of around 30 dedicated raiders that can make 90% attendance. Do not bother applying if you know you cannot make our easy schedule. As a member of< Journey>, a raider must display excellent awareness, dedication, knowledge of his or her class, and overall competence. In addition, raiders must also come to raid 30 minutes prior to start, with whatever consumables he or she needs to push the given content.
Raid spots in <Journey> will be entirely based on performance, attendance and knowledge of the given encounters. No spot on the raiding roster is "set in stone,” as officers will constantly evaluate/reconfigure the roster to suit given fights. During raids, there can be trolling, banter, witty remarks, sarcastic comments, and general talk during trash and preparation. However, during the fights themselves, raiders are to act like adults and, as such, will be treated as such. Constant immaturity or lack of focus during boss encounters will consist of consequences. Repeated AFKs, demanding to be rezzed after wiping, or not listening to assignments will cost both the raid valuable time as well as the raider’s spot. Guild repairs will be accredited to Members and above.
When "sitting out” for a fight, a raider’s patience is greatly appreciated. People sitting out must be ready on a moment’s notice to fill in for a person that may D/C, AFK, or is not performing well.
<Journey> uses a loot council system to distribute loot, based on a consistent group of officers.
