Frankly I'd rather show them internet communities and how much irrational hate they spread about things. But... thinking about it... Jersey Shore would probably scare them off. So I'll give you that one. ._.

As has been noted, we're definitely not advanced enough for harvesting yet. But we'd be decimated within a day if they came along.

Harvesting every last human will likely take a long time but I would imagine most of the damage would actually come without even a shot being fired. Assuming that a reaper had the luxury of time they would probably just sit around hovering around earth indoctrinating key personnel. Then when the reaper made contact its human thralls would make the world complacent and ripe for harvesting.

We'd be at the point where we wouldn't even fight. We'd want to go kinda like a twilight zone episode.
