I wonder would these be guild Feats of Strengths like it was with all realm first kills in Cataclysm, or will they count to personal (character) FoS list?
Any clarification available please?

I don't have any source but my guess it that they would be both guild feats and personal feats for those that went on the raids

That should be great, but I'm not sure they will change it back to Lich-king style. Why would they want to change it twice?From LK to Cata style, and then back from Pandas to LK?
