Region locked servers?

Does anyone have any info on this, yet?
Like, will I be able to go to my UK friend's home server, or just to other US servers?
I know you could in GW1, but I have not seen any solid confirmation of that being available in GW2.
If anyone knows, I could use a source, please.

Really hoping it's not completely separate, like WoW US and WoW EU.


(This isn't a question about just "can I visit another server?", so I'd prefer if people didn't reply with a response that would fit that question. I know how home servers and visiting servers works, I just need to know if it's region locked. Thanks.)
