    CSS Style Sheet Help

    Hi, Is there anyone out there that have knowledge into CSS style sheet for website? this is currently my guild website that I manage:

    And I somewhat want to make it ONLY look not exactly the same but some of those feature

    http://www.occasional-excellence.com/
    http://www.paragon.fi/

    Banner / Header Image switching (OE, QE guilds)
    News Post to look like paragon website like ''Click more to see the rest of the article per set''
    Put a background image and what not

    tried searching website for CSS help but it was not really what i wanted to look like and it was a tad confusing since I have no clue how to write them..

    Or something that looks cool I have the colours i want already and i want to make it more familiar with what our guilds with some of those kinda of ideas but not EXACTLY the same because I don't own any credits of those and don't want to look exactly as others but you got the idea

    Positive and constructive critics would be appreciated

    Basically
    The switching banner is simply javascript
    Download all jQuery tools and then find a quick simple guide in google.

    jQuery = BAWS, learn it, use it, love it, it will be used to manipulate basically everything your asking for.

    also jquery works amazingly well with Flickr API's. There are hundreds of useful guides for that.

    My guild Logo on the header than right underneath it move the site down a bit and have like picture of our killshot or whatever rotating just like OExcellence kindda way and having the News to be shown (if possible) like only an introduction and like ''click'' for more of the news kindda and of course another background than the we have have and it is possible where its written patch 2.0 and 3.0 to be in a single link and scroll above and have the 2 pages within the same as a drop down menu style?

    ill post a picture i did via photoshop in a few here of what i wanted to look like

    Have a look around online, right click > inspect element on things you like and learn from that.

    Alternatively there are a lot of free templates out there that you can use aslong as you keep the copyright stuff in at the bottom.

    But those are the lazy ways in which I go about websites, and im sure someone who is good at that kind of stuff will respond later.

    You can use a simple jquery slider. I would suggest slidesjs.com
