About us
Tevinter is a multi-national semi-hardcore raiding guild on Silvermoon-EU created July 7, 2011. The guild consists of experienced raiders and our goal is and always will be to reach World top 20th (25M) of three night raiding guilds.

We're not only searching for highly experienced raiders but also friendly and mature people to make raids even more fun. If you're in it only for the progression then do not apply. If you're in it only for a friendly time then do not apply. You need a bit of both if you want to make it in the long run.

Recruitment
Since this guild is mainly in it for both progression and fun, we have some expectations and requirements from our raiders.

Trialists:
As you will be new to the guild you SHOULD NOT expect any loot or a guaranteed spot with us. You need to work your way up and earn your promotion/rank. You need to hold as close to a 100% attendance as possible. We are well aware of things that might come up but we require you to be fully dedicated to this guild, share the same passion to Tevinter as the leaders of this guild do. If you cannot attend due to something completely out of your control or something really important came up then you may be excused. However an absence post on the forums would be appreciate as soon as you are able to post one.

Raider:
You will earn this rank after you've proven to the guild that you actually can perform at a high level and that you have the correct attitude towards progression. Moaning and disrespecting people will either result in a demotion or removal depending on the circumstances.

Veteran:
This is the highest raiding rank you will ever reach. You are expected to maintain your positive attitude, high level of performance and high attendance in order to obtain this rank. Failing to do so will result in a demotion since we have the highest expectations from our veterans.

What we expect from all raiding members:
-Show up on time.
-Have knowledge of your class (That includes every role and specs)
-Maintain as close to a 100% attendance as possible.
-Understand all boss mechanics.
-Show interest in guild progress over personal gain.
-Be able to handle criticism.
-Give it your best at everytime.

We can offer you:
-A social and mature enviornment whilst raiding.
-A chance to improve yourself as a player.
-A guild with activities going on(Such as RBGs).
-A guild with experienced and dedicated raiders in it.
-Supplies such as Flasks, Pots, Food, Gems & Enchants.

Loot System:
Tevinter distribute loot based on an EPGP system which is overseen by a loot council. EPGP is used to monitor attendance and loot history to form a rough priority order. So basically attend all raids and do your best and you will win loot.

As topic states, yes we are searching for new leadership for MoP. If intressted please feel free to visit our website and PM me with real ID and other relevant details.
I will however not be taking in "new" officers just like that. I'm searching for maybe one or two highly experienced officers to assist me in taking this guild to an enterily new level for MoP. If you do get chosen for officer duty that means that you'll be starting with a Trial rank just like any other raider and work your way up, however you will get admin rights to WoWProgress, Website, Mumble etc. So you'll basicly have the same perks as an officer.
