    Just the usual on my long nighters.
    * Eat regular dinner with BF
    * Have ice-tea and/or water and/or juice along side with possible of a veggie snack like a carrot or something, maybe something else as well
    * When someone challenges me to race in leveling, use few of my caffeine tabs
    * Go to bed when I feel tired and sleep as long as I sleep :P (took out my 28 days of vacation left from work so I can lazy around as much as I want)

    Cola only cures my headaches once in a while and energy drink (depending on the type) don't have that m much effect on me, can't stand cofee

    did make a quick sumary on another topic a while ago MoP Prep.

    Mop patch day: no rest till max lvl and valor capped (release= tuesday, and since valor cap resets on wednesday morning in EU, that gives a nice headstart)
    Got a new pc ready to be used (i5 2500k, 16gb ram, 3gb graphics, 120gb ssd(storing windows and wow), 1tb hdd)

    Food wise (apart from the bowl of fruit in the aformentioned topic), i'll prepare pasta for the patch day, some rice dishes for the days after.

    Usual for me,

    6 Bottles of water (it comes in a 6 pack!)
    Bowl of fresh fruit on my PC work bench.

    Then will just go downstairs and cook some food when I get hungry. Most likely chicken/fish.

    As a reward though I will celebrate the games opening with fish n chips (anyone from the UK knows its the shizzzle and that its a take away item!) Curry sauce on top with bread and butter! (yes completely unhealthy meal here but its a celebration meal! rest of my foods nice and healthy ;o)

    Water and vegetables - have caffeine ready but don't use it too early. I'll proabably be going 24+ as close as I can get to 48 hours. After that a delicious self made pizza and some sleep. I really count on RaF being viable that's why I'll level to 90 with my monk before I get some sleep. After having a nice long sleep farm heroics with the usual supply of water and vegetables.
    The pizza is just the unhealthy thing I can look forward to during leveling

    String cheese, beef jerky, celery stalks, buffalo wings, Red Bull Total Zero, lots of bottled water, diet iced tea with lemon, and plenty of Mio Energy.

    Im so unhealthy but Im Scottish so meh,

    Square Sausages - 2-3 days worth for lunches nom nom
    Orange Diluting Soda 1 Litre - Should last a week or 2
    Twixes!!! - Lots of these for when I get the munchies

    A big bag of "Herbs" for er , for ehm "medicinal purposes"

    Thats pretty much it.

    Umm chilled water with ice
    Coffee now and then
    Coleslaw, potato salad, norm salad and roast chicken on launch night

    During launch, fresh fruit salad, prepared during day
    Left overs from above

    Cereal/Toast
    Egg/lettuce sandwiches next day + chicken/pasta soup for dinner.

    Rest just take it as it comes... not planning to go that insane and play 20+ hrs straight since I have taken my holidays, 3 weeks this time of year.
    Also multiboxing x5 accounts as per usual, so I will level a little slow but alot more toons
    QQ much ? Not like not getting your own way instantly eh ? Aww shucks chum, how do you handle real life ? and CHANGE?
