The i7-2600k is dual channel, not tri channel. So you'll want to get either 2 sticks or 4 sticks of matched RAM.
other than that looks okay. I personally don't like the motherboard but if that's what you want. (Remember to buy motherboards based on features not what they look like in the picture... you spend very little time actually looking at it.)

(Dont forget the case, or Optical drive if you dont already have either)

Assuming this is just for gaming:
- The 2600K is overkill, you'll be fine with the i5 2500K.
- That motherboard is a little overkill as well, take a look at the ASRock Z68 Extreme3 Gen3.
- 12GB of Ram is usually not optimal, normally you wanna double it (i.e. 2 -> 4 -> 8 -> 16, etc).
- 750W is overkill for that system unless you plan on adding another video card, but SeaSonic is a good brand.

Obligatory caution: Intel has new chips coming out soon, the latest rumors say April 29. They offer a 5-15% performance increase for very little price difference.

As far as Optical drives go they're mostly the same as far as the end user experience goes. Unless you particularly need Blu-Ray or Lightscribe any cheap $10 drive will do.

CPUHS - Hyper 212 is fine but I suggest the Xigmatek because it's similar performance, lower RPM and quieter heatsink. Another option is the Corsair A70 (comes with 2 fans) but you have to rely on the MIR to get it at the same price
RAM - Cheaper, low profile set
PSU - Kept it Seasonic, fully modular, gold rated.
GPU - Newer generation, uses much less power and 2GB vRAM, With the saved money you should consider the 7870, I'll provide a link
CASE - 650D is a great case but also fairly expensive, take a look at the 500R (white/black or black) or 550D (quiet case), I'll provide some links
