Just out of curiosity, where does it say all pets have to be the same level to be on a team?

That doesn't sound right to me, I mean that would be awful really because you couldn't swap out pets for different battles until literally all of them are level capped. That would suck.

You don't need your pets to be the same level for them to be on the same team.
