they are glitches in the graphics and they will be gotten rid of when blizz puts in the texture for the buildings

I've heard if you change graphics to low and then back, it fixes it, but I don't know.

It's just graphics. In fact, you could probably fly into them and it would cause you no grief whatsoever. You'd just fly through a pink thing.

Theres something similar on live versions in Eye of Eternity. Look around for a small black box

It can happen on live realms, too. I had some Isle of Conquest matches where destroyed gates were displayed as giant pink boxes, stopping any invaders from going in - not because you can't walk through them, but because it looks like you can't. Only had those issues on IoC so far and only happened twice for me in the last 2 years.

That only means that you are missing those models. If everybody sees that, the client lacks them, if it's only you, try to update your files or repair the game. I think the collision is separated from the models, so you can go through doors even if you only see a big pink box where the whole building should be.

Oh there are tons of beta cubes everywhere. In fact, one of the quest NPC's is located directly behind the building he's supposed to be inside of and has a beta cube model.

Premade pandaren were also wearing beta cube hats for a while.

Had them too, put to low graphics for a min then wasl ike this sucks then put it back to ultra and they were gone ^^

To fix the pink squares, just lower your view distance. Good, Fair, or Low view distance works fine.
