Focus in Operations

Ok, so ive recently switched to my guardian from my sage seeing as there are 6 consulars (5 sages) in our ops group and i am a believer in diversity.

so my question is simple, which is better for current operations..... Focus or Vigilance? i know there are no logs, but sustainability of dps compared to massive burst etc etc

your thoughts?

Seems it would just be up to you. Do you like seeing big numbers every now and then or just like seeing the sustained dmg? Cause they're both a good spec depending on the fight. ie some fights needing to burst down adds or just focus the boss and dwindle him down. Personally I'd rock burst cause I like seeing big numbers from time to time.
