Best professions for an alt hunter? (already have a main)

Hey, I am planning to level up a Dwarf Hunter alt to max level, and want to know what would be the best professions in terms of solo / pve content? I have a main DK who already has Enchanting / Jewelcrafting max. What would I benefit from the most? Cheers.

Soloing? Engineering, and then whatever else you find fun/stat bonus. For sheer raw stat bonuses, BS is currently the best.

I've got 2 Hunters, raiding with both.
One is Engineer and Letherworker, the other is Jewelcrafter and Miner. So since you do not want to min/max aparently i would recommend engineering and leatherworking
