I'm looking to replicate the looks of my hunter in MoP beta on live. In beta I bought a complete starter set to transmog my cataclysmic gear, and I'm really happy about how it looks.
The problem is, I cannot find the helm on live. Basically any helm with that model would do. All websites I checked up to now didn't yield anything usable. Is there such a mail helm ingame right now?
Mail helm list: http://www.icy-veins.com/transmogrif...tem-model-list (the two listed here do NOT exist in cata)
I've found the rest of the set on live: http://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=285

Says here its called the Razorshell/Windbound Helm and is created with Savage Leather amd Blackened Dragonscales/Scarred Shell Fragments. It's ilvl 325, so I'm assuming any leather worker at 500+ should be able to learn it?
After checking Atlasloot and Wowhead, nope, can't find it, so I'm guessing its in MoP? I have no idea tbh.
The item was introduced in patch 4.0.3 and since the Scarred Shell Fragment was made into grey quality as one of the comments points out, it's likely that the recipe and item has been removed from the game.

I've found some other mail helm in the AH, it doesn't look 100% optimal, but it's still ok. As said in my first post, Razorshell or Windbound helms do not exist in cata, though these would be perfect.
I tried to keep the looks of this hunter transmog very plain and simplistic. It's really refreshing to play it, you don't have the impression that you carry gear with you that weighs 500 pounds and a bow that looks like grandmas gigantic luster. Not sure about the bow yet, the one I would like to have is horde only... so I took this one for now. But to be honest, the simplistic transmogs were always the ones that attracted my attention, they are rather special as most people use raid gear for transmogs.
Armor is all Talhide, Helm is Sparkleshell Headwrap, Bow is Gryphonwing Longbow, Weapon is Blackfury, and not to forget, the white Swashbuckler Shirt, which makes a nice contrast :-)
