Setting up a decent live stream for WoW

So I want to stream some MoP content for those who doesn't have beta yet. Streamed cata beta but I can't recall how I did it.

So the question is if anyone here could write a short how to guide on how to set up a decent WoW stream for twitch tv. I would really appreciate it.

My H.264 encoder is Xsplit
