Reformatted computer and now having issues reinstalling win7

As the title says, I reformatted my computer. I was using win7 32-bit, and wanted to use the 64-bit version. So after reformatting and wiping everything out I am completely stuck. My issue comes when I get to installing drivers. For whatever reason my computer is not able to read the drivers.

I am using a SATA hard drive, with an HDD going from the hard drive to SATA0, and another HDD going from SATA1 to my dvd drive.

Sorry for a lack of information, but I have no idea what is happening, since every other time I've reformatted nothing like this ever occurred.

Going to have to be a little more specific than that. What drivers? At what step of the process? What is the error?
