I honestly thought he'd been removed a long time ago. I wonder how long it takes to get him up...Should be a PVP achievement or something.

It takes I think like 250+ Bloods/Crystals to turn into the Shamans/Druids on either side, and he takes about 15 min prep time before he even does anything, iirc.

Does it actually still pose a bit of a threat against your opponent :O? If so, any AV I don't lose our main base to the opponent instantly, I'm gonna try and get those things to spawn :P
