60 hours max.

2 and 1/2 days is more than enough time to pick on a lurker.

I like how it was with the last game, but I wouldn't mind waiting up to 48 hours if need be. 36 would be better imo.

The first day is usually 3 days or 72 hours long (I think). Needs to be cut a little bit back. But not too much. We just got through the first day really quickly last round.

i'd say 36 hours for day phases and 24 hours for night phases, gives all timezones ample time to catch up the the thread without making it excessively long

Yeah I like Rixis's time frame for day and night phases.

Yea I wouldn't go below 24 hours on either phase, I usually aim for about 36ish hours... might be longer sometimes though depending on when night ends because I am not going to set the deadline for when I am sleeping
