<Inept> [A] - Frostmane EU - Relaxed but serious HC raiding

Background story: <Inept> was (re)formed during easter 2012 on Frostmane EU. The guild was previously know as <Aspire> on Talnivarr, and partly as <Inept> on Sylvanas. Arriving on Frostmane, we recruited heavily, and quickly got 25mans up and running. During MoP, we've had our ups and downs, with ppl leaving at unfortunate times, almost leading to the guild disbanding on at least two occasions, but in the end, we always pulled through.

We aim to have a good but very serious atmosphere while raiding, clearing the hardest of content while it is relevant. Our leadership are made up of a bunch of serious players with HM raiding xp from MoP and the 2 previous expansions. The core range from players who have been with us since the very beginning, old veterans coming back to the game and players that were added to the roster here on Frostmane. Our philosophy is that there's no reason to not perform just as good, if not better than the ppl in the top guilds, even if you don't raid 24/7.

If you want to apply to us, always being on top of your class, paying attention to theorycrafting and/or any relevant mechanic changes, is a must. This is where I'm supposed to write "you need to read up on new boss tactics and prepare yourself for the raids in the best way possible". But really? This is something we take for granted. If you can't use 15 minutes of your life to prepare for a new boss, you shouldn't be raiding. The guild is made up of a bunch very competitive players, and we intend to keep it that way. While "dead dps does no dps", it's also true that "mediocre Dps that never dies", is equally useless. Both raid/tactic awareness and raw numbers are required. Basically, we DON'T want players who are happy with being 2nd best.

With Garrosh dead, we are currently just farming mounts and BiS gear, while refining the roster and preparing for WoD.

    Raid times:
    Wednesday: 20:00-23:30
    Thursday: 20:00-23:30
    Sunday: 19:00-23:30

Close to 100% attendance is required, but we do understand that sometimes important things happen IRL, so skipping a raid or two (if you have a good reason to) is ofc possible.

    Current progress: 4/7 Mythic

    Currently recruiting:
    Dps: 1 Warlock, 1 Shadow Priest, 1 Moonking, 1 DK, 1 WW Monk, 1 Feral, 1 Enhc
Healers: 1 Holydin, 1 Resto Druid, 1 Resto Shaman
    Tanks: Full atm

Remember, exceptional players will always be considered, even if we are full on your class!

They're (short for They are) describes a group of people. "They're/They are a nice bunch of guys." Their indicates that something belongs/is related to a group of people. "Their car was all out of fuel." There refers to a location. "Let's set up camp over there." There is also no such thing as "could/should OF". The correct way is: Could/should'VE, or could/should HAVE.

Morchok and Yor'Sahj had to bow down yesterday, in a raid where 3 of the dps had to be replaced with offspecs and alts because of a local lightning storm, causing constant DCs, and Zon'Ozz, Hagara and Ultraxion fell today.

    Still recruiting

Need a few more Dps to get 25mans up and running, so don't hesitate with applying if you think you got what it takes.
