I'd rather our Soulshards look like this:

Could be a place holder and probably would make them look like that :P

While it would be totally awesome to have something like Kael's orbs (which aren't quite soul shards, more just magic amplifiers IIRC), I hope there's a way to disable them outside of combat. RPing a Noble of Stormwind is a little hard with three GLOWING ORBS OF DEATH around her head, even if she is wearing Mooncloth robes >.>

OT: I think they look a little lame atm, but it's at least a step in a cool direction, can't really complain about it looking a bit poor off the bat considering how long it's taking druids to get their forms to look decent.

dont think a macro could detect what your being ressed with, but a addon probably could. Also, i approve of the kael version.
