Professional help is what you need. It helps, I am seeing a psychiatrist due to depression myself.

Can't really help you further than that. Are you treating your depression with medicine (assuming it's very bad case of depression)? They also help feel a little better. It's not very noticeable usually, or at least not for me, but it helps in time.

Celticis right on - you need a professionals help. Anyone trying here might do more bad than good. I cannot even come close to identifying with your mental/physical conditions - but if you are referring to depression that most surely comes with these types of conditions I can only offer you the advice of being thankful you are alive and not worse off. Although hard to believe, there is always worse off. But seriously, 98.9 % of mmo players would probably seen as having mental issuesso this would be a bad place to ask for advice.

Were you actually diagnosed with all of that? Or did you diagnose yourself like many people seem to do now...

You mentioned that you don't exercise, I say give it a try. If you have problems with stress/anxiety it helps to exercise.

Start exercising like 30 mins a day, you will get rid of depression before long.

Best thing you can do is find a doctor that you trust and try to narrow that list down. Not saying that I do not believe you, but often when someone carries that many labels it is due to multiple diagnostics.

A good psychiatrist is the first step, but you will see better success if you also have a therapist that you trust.

Of course exercise like most have said.

you should be right at home in the wow community.

$15 bucks a month to be judged, harassed, belittled that you don't obsessively play the game for 8 months straight, just to over gear content and then lay down un-realistic restrictions and demands, restricting people from getting loot in a fight because they make an error, ilvls, achievements, experience, to the point that any new players or toons are unable to participate in instances and raids in which they are more than capable and ready of of participating in? ITS A GAME POWER NERDS, NOT A POWER TRIP.

Its kind of like being led by George Bush all over again. Crazy frickin NUTBAR in charge demanding all these off-the-wall policies, procedures, rules and restriction be put in place...Except in wow/nerd world acting like a total douchebag in the game is the way to be!

The conditions wow players have created to play in are crazy. Like asylum crazy.

If you were diagnosed with all of that, I don't think you would even be able to function enough to create this thread.

I can only presume that's self diagnosis, since if it were diagnosed by a professional you'd be getting help, I'm also confused as to why any of those prevent you exercising, which is often recommended by therapists.

Ge to a therapist, find out what's actually wrong with you and don't ask for help on a WoW messageboard. Seriously, if your problems are anywhere near as bad as you claim they are, the last thing you want is the internet to be telling you what to do.

Hi dude... I don't know... hang in there is all I can say and often things get better as you learn to how live and cope with them... I've only experienced depression from those tough things and a bit of mental illness-like things. Try to have a bit of fun and get help where you can. Sometimes, after the darkness there's a sunshine... sometimes it's just about sticking around and doing what you can... do you get any disability payment so you have money and stuff? If you got a family, can you lean some on them? If you got all of such stuff taken care of, then stick around, do what you can and enjoy yourself as possible. I have not had it as hard as you seem to have it, so I cannot say much about how hard it is because I don't know... but I can only imagine the toughness it is, and I just want to say, stick around, do what you can and try to enjoy yourself as possible. Get help if you are not getting it now. Reach out, there are people willing to help you.

I've only had moderate trouble compared to the troubles your story seems to come with, so I cannot speak much about how it is. But yea, those things can suck ass. :/. Stick to it.

Try to do some things you enjoy.

    I liked your post .

A couple of years ago, I got seriously ill (BMI: 13.4) with anorexia with depression and anxiety and the only way I started to make a tangible recovery was through talking over my problems with professional medical, specialist nurses and the likes (along with some auxiliary medication). If your country supports it, or you can afford it, I would recommend talking about your health with professionals who understand what you are dealing with. The talking definitely helped me more than the pills.

There's only one thing I can say: Get professional help. See your general practitioner and he'll put you in touch with people who can help you.

No might about it. Those are all serious conditions that require ongoing attention by professionals. Sticking your head in the sand and wishing them away isn't going to do anything but make everything worse. See the appropriate doctors and discuss your medical and psychological treatment with both of them.

Can't relate to your experiences brother, but I definitely hope some relief comes your way soon.
