lol and IB4L
Game isn't out yet.
(Although, some CD key sites might have pre-orders)
Assuming there might be one out there... is one allowed to post a link to one here??

why shouldnt it be allowed to post a link to a shop?
buying cdkeys is common and nothing illegal (in normal cases).
you can check out g2play.net if you want, dont know if they have d3 yet
IsoHunt?
Pirate Bay?
why not just buy from battle.net when you know its 100% safe..

If you're looking for somewhere safe to buy Diablo, why not the people who make it? Go to battle.net.
This thread should be closed..... D3 isnt out yet
Buy annual pass and get it free? It's about half of diablo 3 price.
I've gotten a few games from Intkeys.com, they are pretty cheap and I haven't had any issues with them. D3 is about 5 dollars cheaper there.
...He's talking about a CD KEY! Not an active account, you are a fool.
So buying games from anywhere other than directly from the developers/publisher is illegal now?

This sounds to be an illegal request, thread should be closed.
Again, CD-Keys for modern Blizzard Games (WoW, SC2, D3, etc) are permanently associated with a Battle.net account. You cannot sell the keys if they are already associated with an account because well... they are associated with an account and cannot be used when creating a new one. Because of this the only way to sell a CD Key for modern Blizzard games is to instead sell the account.
And selling the account violates the Terms of Service.
Battle.net is so much more expensive :/ Amazon had it for 40$ for quite some time.
onlinekeystore.com
Check it out.
And yes, those keys are legal. Bought alot from them in the last year because in germany 90% of the games get cutted..
