Is there a guildwars2 forum?

Having preordered, it says "ok here's the name you're going to use in the beta forums" along with a link to http://forum.guildwars2.com/...which doesn't work.

Honestly, I never knew there was a GW2 site forum, or is it just down because it's swamped this morning, or is that url more of a placeholder?

It kinda worked earlier (couldn't do anything but see the user agreement), but they have since taken it down because we're not meant to be there yet.

It will be open again once the NDA is down, as it currently contains NDA-breaking information
