why does youtube keep thinking my content "matches third party content"?

hey MMOC'ers. i just put up a video about some stuff in WoW right now, and it says it matched a third party content. my vid was about the character models that arent done yet (the re-do of all the old models like humans and trolls...etc). but it came back with this message when i clicked on the third party thingy

...the only image in my video was the cata login screen. and it was my own voice commenting the damn thing. im just curious how they determine what matched what and how they can blindly say "oh, u stole that from ____ ____"

any thoughts?

i have a strong feeling they would just me the run around...but i may do that if it happens again.

If it doesn't, you can find out what videos match third party content in your account settings. You can then click an option that says something to the effect of "if the video was flagged and is a mistake, click here" or something and you explain what the video is and then submit it. Immediately your video should be playable, but only do this if you indeed are not violating anything.

it has the blizz logos that are normally on the login screen. and i had the sound off for the game..
