If your account is locked then that means that your payment method also stops functioning or it will continue draining your credit card every month ??

Facepalm. Think about what you are asking and use some simple common sense. Can a company that has denied you access to their product(for whatever reason), continue to charge your credit card for the rest of your natural born life?(or at least you retain that credit card)?????
