Right now I have Will of Unbinding (normal) and Insignia of the Corrupted Mind (normal). Plan on replacing one of these to use Bottled Wishes for the Tendons. Considering Using WoU + BW, is this correct or should I using IotCM + BW?

Bottlewishes without doubt... Normally i would say will as well is best.
However you can at points have the proc up for every single tendon phase from Insignia if its got a few second left you can simply stop dps or try and proc it. 100% down to your guilds tactic and dps amounts.Vote Pengu for president!
