Question about using JC + DE

I always see people talking about making things with JC to DE.

What exactly are you guys DE'ing to get the most profit?

Each green gem you get from prospecting Cata ore except zephyrite can be used as only reagent (+setting) to craft green item.

Carnelian spikes are usually not worth it though, better to sell them raw or transmute them if you have a transmute specced Alchemist. Don't bother with the transmute route if you dno't have a transmute specced Alchemist, prices are usually based on using one and getting procs so just transmuting them without getting extra's is worthless than selling them raw.

You must be on a very special server then if spending 125-150g in raw gems to get AT MOST 130 in Greater Celestials is worth it.

I list the jewelry for 24 hours for more than the de mats first, normally sell about 40% of it... then i de it.

Just made 50 of each this morning after buying 70 stacks of elementium for 20g a stack, did you use some gems i already had though too... Tomorrow I will DE what didn't sell.
