Not UPS. They have a habbit of playing football with your parcels. Take my Motherboard for example. Its in about 50billion pieces. (well, 2, but meh!) Thier drivers can be dodgey, theres plenty of home CCTV videos on youtube e.t.c of them just throwing parcels out thier vans and driving off.

I've never had any problems what-so-ever with UPS and I've dealt with them more times than I can remember. Regarding thunterman's post: I remember those videos around Christmas time, but it was FedEx I believe: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PKUDTPbDhnA, but there are results for "UPS throws package" too. I dunno, I guess it all comes down to your specific delivery man. Like I said, I've never had anything but good experiences with UPS.

I've had nothing but bad luck with DHL. I've only ever dealt with them a few times, and all of them were terrible. I ordered some Microsoft software through the MSDNAA, and DHL had to call me three afternoons in a row for directions to my home, eventually I had to have them deliver it to my father's grocery store in town. I never had a problem with any other carrier delivering to the house when I lived there, just DHL.

Whatever is cheapest and will get to my doorstep in a timeframe of my liking. Doesn't matter if it's UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL or a smaller courier.

Half of my t-shirts disappeared in the UPS centre/whereever they foward the mail, also got a dead mobo from them, not to mention the fact that they ripped me off with import taxes even though it was a handmade gift.

You're going to hear horror stories of both of them, just pick 1 and hope you're lucky.

I thought DHL cut residential service? At least in my area, they only deliver to business's and quit residential service years ago. I usually deal with Fedex, UPS never seems to arrive on time, in my experiences.

It really depends on the area you're in.

My local UPS out here are fantastic. Fast delivery, always on time, packages arrive in one piece with no damages. My local drivers are very friendly and nice and are usually always willing to stay an extra minute to answer any questions I ask and joke around with me. I've had them as my main source of delivery for my packages for the last five years and I've had them ship me a lot of packages over those years.

DHL, like above, I thought they only did business's now?

Fedex has been decent for me, but they tend to be late with their 3-4 day delivery and they always arrive at the end of the day while UPS makes it around 12pm. Though their next day Saturday delivery is fantastic. They always arrive around 9 - 10am.

I'm pretty sure i've accepted DHL deliveries at home before when ordering from EK Waterblocks and such and i'll be honest, they're amongst the best for cross-continent (delivering next day from Slovakia or such). I don't believe they accept residential premises as senders, but i'm sure they still deliver to residential. It's just more common for one of the other more localised services to handle it (such as City Link for the UK).

Having never dealt with UPS, i can't say how they are, but i'd say that's because their UK presence is none existent (i never recall seeing any of their trucks on the roads so i don't know if they're even in the UK or not).

They still do residential; a few weeks ago I needed to use one-day delivery from Amazon and DHL delivered on a Sunday.

Ive never used DHL so I would go with UPS as I've never had a problem with them.

Anything but USPS, they are by far the worst. I wish people quit using them, as there have been many good deals on eBay I just had to pass up because the people wouldn't ship with anybody else.

Are you buying it of the Lenovo Online Store? Because if you do their delivery is only with UPS. Used to work there. I can say UPS isnt to bad, DHL is good aswell. Worst in my eyes is FedEx.

Dont ever use USPS for any shipping, and for sure not for international shipping. I shipped an item and its been at ICS NY for last 4 weeks cant even call them up and get that resolved ><

UPS. After DHL literally crushed our subwoofer and refused to compensate for the damage they clearly caused, they can go fuck themselves.
