My main question is 44 int and 44 spirit better than 160 haste?

Depending on your gear, you shouldn't be in dire need of haste. IMO use the shield.

AIL 397, 21.31% haste, 6245 regen, 3871 combat regen, 10k spellpower, 15.8% crit, 10.77 mastery. All unbuffed.
