Good PvE EU server?

So i have given this some thought and want to do a realm changed. Start everything from scratch.
Haven't been raiding so much lately since most of the raiders in my guild left. And due to a low populated server i don't see any fun in staying there.
So I'm looking for a good realm to change to, and if a guild is available that would be awesome! Horde side that is.

Edit: I'm a desto lock with 8/8 normal and 1/8 Hc progression.
