Am I the only one with this quest?

For some reason, the quest called "Clayton's Quest: Extreme!!" is in my quest log. I have no idea how it got there, I asked a GM and he said it's no longer obtainable in-game and has no benefit what so ever. Does anyone else have this quest?

The quest is tagged "Designer Island".

A bug. Be careful and don't share it with people. Probably should abandon it.

Why not share it with other people? It's not ban-worthy or something, is it?

Some comments on wowhead suggest that they received it randomly.
I would love something like that for link fodder.

This sounds like the start of a WoW Creepypasta... now when you go to the area there will be "hyper-realistic" blood, and rotting corpses everywhere, and the Lavender Town theme from Pokemon playing.

That's one of the strangest things I've ever seen. I've heard of Designer Island before, but how something like that made it into live I have no idea.

That's a legit quest that exists in-game, but it gets given to you randomly or by someone sharing it. On that note, anyone on Kazzak EU Horde here with that quest in their log?

It can. Depends. If you're sharing the quest around, it can cause issues in game. It shouldn't be there and Blizzard wouldn't take too kindly to it being passed around.

If it wasn't supposed to be there, the GM the OP contacted would have removed it. It's a harmless quest that wants you to go to an area not in-game.

I've had something similiar about a month ago.
Someone in LFR shared a quest with a placeholder title and empty questlog. GM told me it was from WoW: beta.
Ysera is green, and her skin glitters with countless emeralds for scales. Her physical form is ghostly, ethereal, like watching a living dream or vision. The Emerald Dream is a place where all living beings dream when sleeping. It is a place of where sentient beings have dreams of hope, and faith for a better tomorrow. Her eyes are always closed, although you can see her pupils move constantly below her eyelids as if watching many dreams at once.

I have it too.. Someone shared it, in an OpenRaid raid a few weeks back...

Funny thing is, text says slay 20 squirrels, but progress tracker says 255...

I'd hold onto it if I were you. I've still got "The Horde Needs Mithril Bars!" in my quest log, it's one of my prized possessions.

Find an excuse to let one of these off the chain, and I personally guarantee, the bad guys won't even wanna come out of their caves. Ladies and gentlemen, for your consideration... the Jericho.

This quest was shared to me when I did a random heroic today by some guy. He told me had kept it since Vanilla, when he presumably had access to Designer's Island.
Does anyone know anything more about this quest?
