That build is full overkill.

Without knowing what he uses it for, you can't really call the whole thing overkill.

What you can say is overkill:
1200W PSU -> You won't use anywhere near 1200W.

What you can say is missing:
An SSD. If you're putting that much into it, an SSD is fantastic for load times/boot times.

What do you intend to do beyond gaming with your new build?
