So.. I was just in an arena not too long ago that my friend and I won. At the end of the match the mage actually was able to attack me, although I did not go below 100% life. Anyone else get this glitch? Is it common?

It is the odd glitch known as "The Healer Glitch" which doesn't allow you to go below 100% health in 2s it is very common especially when playing Warlock Shaman.
Was he literally casting on you and running around? Or were you just taking damage here and there?
Often Mages pets will keep attacking afterward and still do damage, and sometimes there's a glitch where your burst will carry on a little bit after but after you can't cast anymore.
Happens, and has been since TBC, if I remember correctly. When the scoreboard comes up sometimes people start whacking each other or casting or what have you, but it doesn't do anything and wouldn't change the outcome of the match even if it did so it doesn't matter.
