Just like the title suggests softconic downloader is a virus do not use this program to download anything this is just an FYI from personal experience. Malwarebytes flagged it as a PUP.toolbardownloader and quarantined it. It forced SCC to stay in the minecraft folder which crashed my minecraft. once again this is just a courtesy post
