Q6600 + GTX280 Vs 3370k + GTX 680.

How much of a difference will I see in performance going from a close to 4 year old Q6600 + GTX 280 to a 3770k + GTX 680?

Will I be incredibly amazed? Or will it not be that much if a difference?

You will be amazed. I went from a Q6600 + GTX 460 to a i5 2500k + GTX560Ti. The difference is massive.

True i went from a AMD x4 phenon II 955 BE + 460 GTX to a i5 2500k + gtx 560 TI and performace was HUGE, rendering videos took 8 mins on the core i5 and 2 hrs 15 mins on the amd, plus wow performace crysis 2 and other games was increased by over 9000
