ParticleDensity, HDR ? command or macro to make eyes glow

hi i just want to increase the particle density more than ultra in wow is there any way to do this by a command , macro or wih HDR and how to do it pls ,i just want the eyes from my helm to glow more by using any of this things or another pls reply and ty
