Idk, silent treatment with the person or just hit the person.

Listen to loud music and sing along at the top of my lungs. Or dance to loud music. Both help.

I've found the only thing that will surely make me calm down / cheer up and I absolutely can't be mad at are dogs. My little Pita always knows when my mood is about to shift, comes to my lap and just stares at me with those cute eyes and I can't help but feel a lot better. And give her cuddle.

Listen to some awesome music and just try to chill, or sleep because when you sleep you don't have to face your problems
    I thought I did, but apparently I don't

Music. Music solves everything for me.

Smoking a joint with one of my best friends can solve pretty much aswell.

I power up an FPS, set the difficulty to "easy" and massacre some shit.

Also, Halo is the best game to play when pissed off. Grunts are so satisfying to kill.

If I'm angry I go outside and split whatever logs I have available. It allows me to express my frustration while also providing me with firewood.

If I'm sad, I'm not averse to a tear or two.

When I'm upset, I go out for a drink with my mates. Always cheers me up.
