I was watching ganglands on history chennels. One of the most shocking thing in it was that the gang leaders could conduct their entire business from behind the prison. They could even call hits on people from teh prison. Even in prison, it does not stop them forming new gangs or managing an old one. And these people are behind bars for life. They still do it. How the hell it came to this?

It was always so, prison is also primary education facility for criminals. That's why in most countries they try not to put ppl in prison without a good reason.

Labor farms for the win! How did we lose our prison system, but making it a damn hotel, give em 10x10 cells with no privilages, see how it shapes up.
