Should Old Crafted BoPs go BoA eventually?

BoP profession items an expansion old moved to BoA? Should Blizz do this? I think there's tons of old neat weapons and armor that people could have more of for Xmog if they were to do something like this. I understand keep the current expansion BoP crafted stuff out (especially alch stones) but other old stuff I don't see any reason why to keep it restricted. If you have the skill to make the old stuff you should be able to benefit on all your toons for visual purpose. I don't see how this would really imbalance the leveling process too bad.

I would love to pass on my dual Dragonstrike to a rogue or warrior to level up with. It's the whole reason I leveled up BS on my shammy, but once Wrath came, it was pretty much useless except for the extra sockets.
