If any1 could name this addon this rouge has that announces (actually talks to u) when his poisons wear off his weapon
it is at the 2:35 a icon will appear and it will announce the poison is missing.

It may also be done with Power Aura and a custom sound (you can add your own sounds to Power Aura).
You can use an online "robot voice" site to create a voice saying "one of your weapons is not poisoned".
