When getting the "transaction" error the one thing that helped me was disconnecting the current logins under Account Management.

Do you guys know if you can transfer to a full server?
Since I'm Australian and on MMO-Champion I thought Sea of Sorrows would be awesome but it's full. =[ If I choose any random server would it let me transfer to Sea of Sorrows?
