Here are some good ones:
-The government is carrying out a massive international assassination campaign using robots
-The government is operating a network of secret prisons around the world, using a process known as 'rendition' to spirit anyone away to one of these secret locations
-The president is now able to create 'secret laws' that only the presidents office is privy to, such laws can even ignore the constitution
-The government now keeps extensive lists of people, there is no public oversight of such secret lists or of the process by which names end up on it, and if you are put on such a list you could end up being put in prison (forever) without charges being brought or even killed
What would have been considered wild eyed conspiracy theories 20 years ago are now generally accepted matters of public record, and what is really crazy is that the general public cares more about who wins Dancing with the Stars or American Idol than the destruction of all constitutional safeguards.
Most people would rather die than think, and most people do. -Bertrand Russell
Before the camps, I regarded the existence of nationality as something that shouldn’t be noticed - nationality did not really exist, only humanity. But in the camps one learns: if you belong to a successful nation you are protected and you survive. If you are part of universal humanity - too bad for you -Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn
Large scale conspiracies are impossible because people cant keep there mouths shut.
