Default keybind might be H or N, if not there should be a PvP button located at the top left of your screen. Enter the Mists, I've heard there is a tutorial of sorts that should/has to be completed, and find the correct portal(I think it was referred to as the Moors).

Yeah it took me awhile to find it, had to take a portal to Lions Arch and then another portal to whatever part of the WvWvW you want to go to.
