What is the best way of levelling skinning fast/efficiently?

Want some kind of info on the best way to level skinning is in the least amount of time if possible.

Just kill things and skin them. Go to wow-professions.com and use the skinning guide, which shows the best spots for said profession.

If you are leveling, then there are plenty of quests that require you to kill skinnable animals. I am 45, and my skinning is already > 300.

What he said. If you are power leveling skinning while you are leveling, shoot for at least 5 prof points every level. For example, by level 50, your skinning should be 250, minimum. In reality, while questing it will be much higher. I prefer farming dragons or worgen. They drop coin, sometimes cloth, and can be skinned.

I also use a gold addon which shows me the best spots and routes for farming leather, cloth, herbs, ores, etc. Check the first link in my sig.
