[A] Redemption 10m - RDPS / Healers for MoP and DS hc [7/8hc DS]
Hello,
We re a 10 man alliance guild located on Silvermoon-EU. We re interested in particularly skilled and experienced raiders who are looking to relocate on a high pop realm with a healthy economy, and a flavor for the night life. Our search is now directed towards the finalization of our core, and the preparation for Mists of Pandaria. We want to come off the gates with no gear handicaps, and with a valid roster able to keep up with the best, server-wise and region-wise. Obviously we re not there yet and that is why we re here, looking for... well... maybe you ;-)
What we require out of our applicants:
Skills to make aggressive progress even on a competitive server like Silvermoon.
A friendly and sociable personality. We are on average above the age of 25, we re looking for people who are confident in their abilities but dont act like children.
A passion for the game. Individuals who go above and beyond to maximize their raiding performance.
Gear to match our current progression and to be able to perform on par with other members.
Last but not least, an open mind to realize that our current progression is not -and has not been- an indication of what we can actually achieve. If you want to trial with us you better be ready to keep up for more than what our current standing is.
Our Recruitment
As of May 2012 we re open to:
RANGED DPS - ALL CLASSES HEALERS - ALL CLASSES TANKS - ALL CLASSES
NOTE: We do expect every member to have a working offspec and to be proficient with it.
We do consider ANY exceptional application but we like to stress that we recruit the player not the character. If we think you re a good player you will find a spot here with us.
Our current Schedule
Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 20:30 to 23:30. In rare occasions we extend to midnight or add an extra day if needed.
