Do you use mouthwash?

Simple question. Do you use mouthwash when you brush your teeth?


I do because I notice a huge difference when I don't. If I don't use it, then by the time I brush my teeth the next morning my teeth feel "fuzzy" again like they haven't been brushed in ages. When I do use it, however, they still feel as clean as they did when I initially brushed them.

Um... Floss, Brush (with toothpaste), then rinse with mouthwash, then gargle a bit of bleach... ^,^

My twice a day routine. I'll sometimes brush after lunch too if I've had something sugary or whatnot. I keep a regular brush/toothpaste at work.

I brush my teeth in the morning. If I eat lunch later in the day before class, and if it's either something that makes my breath extremely bad, or if leaves my teeth messy, I'll go rinse my mouth out with mouthwash before I leave, but other than that I usually ignore it.

Well I only eat one meal a day, but the routine goes like so:
1. Brush (Closys toothpaste, sulfate-free)
2. Floss
3. Waterpic (get things floss might have missed)
4. Closys mouthwash (alcohol-free, doesn't dry out your mouth overnight)
----sleep----

As far as I know it's only sold at 2 pharmacy locations. Walgreens and one other. (The name escapes me)

Hm might have to try them out, the toothpaste at least. I have been meaning to try finding an alternative because the one I use is super expensive. Then again everything is expensive here.

Yes, in the evenings. Usually skip it in the mornings.
